Trunk or Treat

Wednesday night October 27th was trunk or treat in our ward.
It was fun. This year we did something different instead of having the soup dinner we usually have and everyone making soups to share. We had chili dogs. Jared and Lindsay and Dakota, Kayla and Ashlee came out to join the fun. However after awhile Ashlee was done and was not having any part of the festivities. Aww well maybe next year. She will be a little bit older so we will see.

Happy Halloween everyone and enjoy the show!!!

More Updates

Eric talked with his people at work. Here are some updates he had planned and been working up at the Chevron Refinery for the past couple of weeks. That has now changed to him until further notice working on assignment at Liberty park mostly afternoon shifts.
We are still hoping and praying that his company succeeds in getting a couple of contracts (new ones). One of the company's they hope to get a contract with we are very hopeful that everything with this venture of getting the new contract goes through and doesn't fall through. If all works out right work with the new contract/and project will begin in about a month.

We love all of you and we want to ask for your continued prayer's in Eric's behalf and in behalf of our whole family that things will work out with "what's in the works" at his work. And that his work and shifts won't completely end and stop. Also that Heidi and i will be successful in finding work and opportunities to make money as well.

ERIC'S JOB and UPDATES...

There has been alot or some changes with Eric's job lately. It all started back in September when the hours have been starting and progressively been getting cut back. It hasn't been to bad so far.

Earlier this week and the end of last week we have been getting informed that they (GS4/WAKENHUT) may loose Chevron as one of their biggest contracts and clients they have here in Utah. Well that has officially happened. Eric will be able and has recieved a "Permanent/temporary" position working at the Chevron refinery up in North Salt Lake for the next month. It will be "Swing shifts". And in a Month hopefully his company and employer will have been successful in picking up another Contract and client or maybe two. Otherwise who knows what will happen in a month's time.

We want to ask for all of your prayer's for Eric and our family. That things will not get bad and that his employment will be preserved and things as far as work, shifts etc. will improve and that his company will be successful in recieving the contracts they are seeking. If you all could keep us in your thoughts and prayers from now till further notice this would be much appreciated.

WORK

I hesitate to write this as i do not want to come across as Begging for anything from anyone.
Eric and i were talking and in our discussion he informs me that his company may loose one of their "Big" Contracts that being Chevron. However his company is hoping and working towards getting a couple of new contracts and clients one of which is Pacific Corp and he also is trying to apply for another job within the company (as i understand it.
If i am remembering things right they are trying to get 2 or 3 new contracts/clients.

So i want to ask all our friends and family for their help and that being

If you all could keep Eric and our family in your prayer's and thoughts- pray that his company get's and achieve's the contracts they are trying to get and that Eric's job will be preserved, and that he will be blessed to hopefully get hired internally for the position he is/will be applying for. And that Heidi and i can also find job's and opportunities for work.

That would be great...

Work this week...

Eric and our family has been blessed and he is fortunate to be able to work this week Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday- these are afternoon shifts. Shifts at Liberty Park. However these shifts will be "going away" soon so that will most likely result in decreased hours more. But, we are greatful for the work he does get now.
